Clips More Black Short Short Black Clips Dresses More Dresses Jugend, translated as ‘Youth’, was a German art magazine founded in the late 19th century. With its plush coloured front covers and heavily illustrated articles, the magazine nurtured Germany’s Art Nouveau artists.
